Design and deliver professional learning that gets results
Course begins February 13
Adults have specific learning needs. As you plan professional learning for the rest of the year and for years ahead, ensure that you’re providing educators with targeted, highly engaging professional learning that develops their capacity to implement new learning in their schools and classrooms.
In this course, professional learning leaders and administrators will implement a professional learning framework, grounded in the Standards for Professional Learning, that promotes high levels of learning and retention, and increases adult learners’ capacity and desire to implement new learning.
Both new and experienced professional learning facilitators will gain knowledge, tools, and strategies for face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid professional learning as they develop their own learning designs during the course. They will engage in highly interactive sessions and networking opportunities with peers, and receive easy-to-use resources and design support from expert Learning Forward Texas facilitators Trish Hinze and Terri Iles.
