School Improvement Plans: A Strategic Roadmap for Measurable Student Success.
A virtual, one-day workshop that guides participants in drafting an outline of a school improvement plan.
Creation of a school improvement plan (SIP) can result in compliance paperwork or in an actionable plan that fosters the change necessary for notable school improvement.
Which of these it is depends on the campus leaders' intent and understanding while crafting the plan. During this one-day virtual workshop, leaders will not only gain a clear vision of the potential of a well-written SIP but will be guided through the thought process of translating campus needs into specific improvement targets and crafting action steps and progress indicators that foster accountability and results. Campus improvement doesn't just happen. It's the result of vision translated into action.
